These sessions are concentrated and targeted, designed to help you build strength, balance, coordination and to work on the mind-body connection. Ref 1 is suitable for those new to CC/Reformer.

Stronger, more concentrated and more targeted. These classes are designed for those with Reformer experience and who have built foundational strength through Reformer Pilates.

What we would classify as our Advanced level, these sessions are tailored to challenge those who have the ability to take it further than a Ref 2, not for the faint of heart or inexperienced.
