Targeting the desirable areas of the body
These classes will help you to build familiarity with the Reformer and will introduce you to a routine of exercises whereby you will start to develop an understanding of technique and precision, giving you the sought after Core Collective benefits.
You’ll need strength, control and co-ordination. At this level we increase the intensity, you can still take these classes at your own pace but you will be more challenged physically. Working to continuously build and maximise your efforts.
For those experienced with Reformer Pilates and wanting an additional challenge, with springs and with movement. This class is not suitable for beginners or rehab, we recommend you are confident in Reformer Pilates before attending.
Private sessions for those who require more individualised assistance, that prefer a more personable approach and a specifically tailored session or they’re considering a specialised pre or post natal Reformer Pilates routine.
