Sophia has been dancing since she was 7 years old and teaching since she was 15. She began doing pilates classes along with other forms of exercise to compliment her dancing. From this she went on to complete a Bachelor of Dance at The University of Auckland while continuing with fitness, teaching and personal training.
Looking for a change of scenery Sophia moved to Melbourne where she found and embraced reformer pilates. This form of exercise combined her passion for dance, movement and fitness.
Sophia completed her cert 4 in Pilates through Breathe Education in Melbourne and worked for an industry leading reformer pilates company for 4 years.
Sophia enjoys getting to know her clients so she can challenge them and give them the best workout possible. You can expect a well balanced tough class that’ll get you hooked and wanting more. She wants to spread the word and help people understand the great mental and physical health benefits that she has found through reformer pilates.
